All bookings with Haramayn Tours are confirmed only after receipt of payment and an official confirmation sent via email. Customers must ensure that all provided information, such as personal details, passport data, and travel preferences, is accurate and complete. Final confirmation is subject to availability at the time of processing.

A deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the departure date, according to the invoice schedule. We accept payments through bank transfer and other approved methods. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of services.

If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided. Refund eligibility depends on the package type, cancellation timing, and third-party provider rules such as airlines or visa authorities. Processing charges or service fees may be deducted. Earlier cancellations generally receive higher refunds, while last-minute cancellations may have limited or no refund. Any transaction charges from payment processors are non-refundable and borne by the customer.

Haramayn Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as airline delays, government restrictions, natural events, or third-party service failures. We strongly advise all customers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

We assist customers in the visa application process; however, final approval remains under the authority of relevant government bodies. Any delays, rejections, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation are the responsibility of the traveler.

All passengers are expected to respect local laws, religious practices, and cultural values during their journey. Respectful behavior is mandatory throughout the trip, especially in sacred locations. Any misconduct that disrupts group harmony or violates guidelines may result in termination of services without refund.

Certain packages include guided visits to important religious sites in Makkah and Madinah. Travelers are required to follow group instructions and cooperate with assigned guides to ensure a smooth and meaningful spiritual experience.
